Common Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to the questions I hear most often. If you don't see what you're looking for, feel free to reach out.

Do I need to be in the same location as you for an animal communication reading?

No — we don't need to be in the same location. Sessions are conducted via Zoom, and Ask One Question sessions are delivered as recordings.

Does my animal need to be present on the Zoom during my session?

No, your animal doesn't need to be with you during the Zoom session.

Is there any preparation I need to do ahead of the session?

Please make sure Zoom is working on your device and find a quiet place to join our meeting. Sessions are recorded and sent to you afterward. You're welcome to keep a notepad and pen handy if you'd like to take notes.

What kind of photos can I upload on the animal intake form?

You can upload JPEG or PNG photos up to 5MB each, with a maximum of 2 photos.

Can I have more than one animal read in a single session?

Yes — you can include a second animal in your session. In the intake form, add the second animal's name alongside your primary animal's in the name field, and upload a photo of each (the form accepts up to two photos). Please upload your primary animal's photo first and the secondary animal's photo second. If there's time in your reading after connecting with your primary animal, we'll read the second one as well.

Still have a question?

I'm happy to hear from you. Send me an email and I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
