By accessing our website or booking a session with Yakety Yak Animal Communication, you agree to the following terms. These guidelines exist to protect both you and the animals we serve together.
Nature of Services
Yakety Yak Animal Communication offers intuitive animal communication sessions. These services are spiritual and energetic in nature and are intended for entertainment, personal growth, and emotional support purposes only.
- Animal communication sessions are not a substitute for professional veterinary care, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Always consult a licensed veterinarian for your animal's health concerns. Nothing shared in a session should override professional medical guidance.
- Results and insights vary. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes or that all information received will be verifiable.
Booking & Payment
Scheduling
Sessions are booked through our online scheduling system. Your session is confirmed once payment is received.
Payment
Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and other methods listed at checkout.
Cancellations
Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may forfeit the session fee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once at no additional charge when done with at least 24 hours notice before your session.
Refunds
Due to the nature of intuitive work, all sales are final. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion.
Emotional Wellbeing & Session Conduct
Animal communication sessions often touch on deeply personal and emotionally charged topics — including illness, behavioral struggles, loss, and grief. Please read the following carefully before booking.
- Emotional content: Sessions may bring up strong emotions. Yakety Yak is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or grief counselor. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please seek support from a qualified professional.
- No recording: You may not record any session — audio, video, or screen capture — without prior written consent from Yakety Yak Animal Communication. Violation of this policy may result in immediate session termination without refund.
- Right to end sessions: We reserve the right to end a session at any time if a client is abusive, harassing, threatening, or disrespectful toward the practitioner. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
- No-show policy: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, the full session fee is forfeited. No rescheduling credit will be applied.
Age Requirement
By booking a session or using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are booking on behalf of a minor, you accept full responsibility as their legal guardian. We do not knowingly provide services to individuals under 18 without parental or guardian consent.
Your Responsibilities
Accurate Information: You agree to provide honest and accurate information about yourself and your animal companions.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Technical Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary device and internet connection for remote sessions.
Acceptable Use
Prohibited Conduct: You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm others.
Intellectual Property: All website content — text, images, and recordings — is owned by Yakety Yak and may not be reproduced without permission.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yakety Yak Animal Communication shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Testimonials & Reviews
By submitting a testimonial or review, you grant Yakety Yak a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your words (and first name, if provided) in marketing materials. You can revoke this at any time by contacting us.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of California.
Dispute Resolution
Before pursuing formal legal action, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith informal negotiation. All disputes must be brought individually — class action claims and class-wide arbitration are expressly waived.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yakety Yak regarding your use of our services.
